VOTE BY MAIL OR IN-PERSON.

Voting by mail.

Return your mail-in or absentee ballot by 8 PM on Election Day, 11/3. We recommend using a drop box or elections office.

How to fill out the mail-in ballot. Fill in the bubble with dark ink, no x's or check marks. Use BOTH envelopes, the secrecy inside envelope and the declaration outside envelope. Sign and date it. Postage-paid or drop at a drop box or Elections Office. Only you can return your own ballot. If assistance is needed to drop a ballot, please fill out this designated agent form or obtain one from an Elections Office.

Track your ballot. You can track and check your ballot status here.

Ballot drop box locations:  You must use your County-specific drop box.  For Lower Merion and Narberth, the Drop Box location is the Ludington Library parking lot, 5 S. Bryn Mawr Ave. For other locations, see the Montco Voter Services page.

VOTING IN-PERSON:
You can still vote in person at a polling place. To check your polling place, please visit www.VotesPA.com and every registered voter will receive a letter from the County with their polling location.

What if you applied for a mail-in ballot but now want to vote in-person?  Under the new election laws, unlike in the Primary Election, you can remit your mail-in ballot package (ballot + both envelopes) at your designated polling location. Then you can vote in person on the machine.  If you do not have the mail-in ballot to remit, you can still vote by provisional ballot.

UPDATE ON REDISTRICTING EFFORTS IN PA
PA Legislative efforts to end gerrymandering come to a halt with the General Assembly on summer break, but....
Philadelphia Inquirer, July 9:
"The stakes are significant: Independent research shows gerrymandering protects incumbents and strips communities of political power by heavily concentrating one party’s voters into a single district or spreading them out unnaturally."
League of Women Voters member and co-founder of Fair Districts PA, Carol Kuniholm said that now with legislators on summer break, the bills that were under consideration as constitutional amendments are dead.  But the effort to end gerrymandering in Pennsylvania continues.

See the Calendar Page for a Town Hall Meeting discussing the Legislative and Congressional Redistricting Act (LACRA) which is designed to ensure transparency in the redistricting process and to provide significant opportunities for public participation.
